EMPLOYEE: you don't get a right to complain, if you do they will silence you, if you continue, they will make your job miserable or get rid of you. But if you ask the Directors/Consultants if you should join the company they will say yes sure, as they will get a % from every sale you make. Some directors get secret special treatment, and if you are not an as licker, then, well, good luck being treated like a 2nd class worker and making any money. ![]() Your "directors" dont like you? You will get cancelled. In the meantime have a good life being called a liar and a thief across all your social media in front of all of your other customers, friends and family. The products you took money for from your customers are not arriving for weeks? months? Oh, this is because they tell you "the warehouse is so busy!", but in reality the shipment has not even left China. SALES REP: this is a pyramid scheme company at core = only top 1% make money, the rest of their "consultants" get triggered into spending whatever they earn on more products. CUSTOMER: all their warmers are made in China, and they hide the fact some products might be tested on animals. The wax market is huge and there are so many options out there!Īre you their CUSTOMER? SALES REP? EMPLOYEE? 1. Why not invest in staff and decent ERP systems and take an interest in your customers satisfaction. Still awaiting my full refund….what a surprise! I had sent several emails about cancelling the remaining items and not one single response yet the local agent informed me the order has been cancelled. I cancelled the remaining items as didn’t want to give income to a company like this. Completely Disappointed with this lack of efficiency. I don’t know of any company in this day and age that is committed to the customer journey experience that sells products they actually advise 10 days later they do not have stock of. Scentsy create a big song and dance about their flash sales, create so much interest and demand, yet when it comes to ordering anything the system and personnel are unable support the demand. It is evident that they have no interest in customer satisfaction. ![]() Appalled by the way this organisation operates.
